Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
-2+ years of hands on experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
-6+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record as a QA / Test Automation Engineer.
-5+ years of experience working in Agile delivery environments.
-Demonstrated experience leveraging AI assisted testing capabilities to improve test coverage, efficiency, and overall quality outcomes.
-Strong hands on experience with CI/CD pipelines, including setting up, configuring, and maintaining Jenkins jobs for automated test execution, reporting, and pipeline integration.
-Practical experience with modern project and test management tools, such as Jira and Xray, supporting test planning, execution, and traceability.
-Experience in API testing and test automation, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and evolving project requirements.
-Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands on experience using Playwright and related test automation tools.
-Solid familiarity with version control systems such as Git / Bitbucket, and collaborative development workflows.
-Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify both subtle defects and broader quality risks.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and engage with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
-Business level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript, Automated Testing.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium and Playwright.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
