  • Perform comprehensive manual testing across applications, APIs, command-line tools, backend services, and user-facing workflows.
  • Execute test scenarios in local, staging, and pre-production environments to identify defects, inconsistencies, and performance issues.
  • Create detailed bug reports including reproduction steps, expected outcomes, actual results, logs, screenshots, and supporting evidence.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to understand release changes, prioritize testing efforts, verify fixes, and support production readiness.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing solutions for recurring validation processes, including end-to-end, smoke, and regression testing.

    • Comfort working with command-line interfaces, logs, scripts, local development environments, and staging environments.
    • Familiarity with automated testing methodologies, regression testing, smoke testing, end-to-end testing, and scripting.
    • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams.
    • Demonstrated ownership mindset and commitment to maintaining high release quality standards.
    • Experience with blockchain technologies, financial platforms, distributed systems, databases, cloud environments, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, or API testing tools is advantageous.
    • Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust, or Bash is a plus.

      • Additional token and equity participation opportunities.
      • High level of ownership and autonomy over quality assurance processes and release management.
      • Opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-growing and ambitious engineering environment.
      • Exposure to complex distributed systems, modern infrastructure, and innovative technology challenges.
      • Close collaboration with highly skilled technical professionals.
