As the Senior Specialist - Visual Merchandising, you will define and execute the physical expression of On across all retail touchpoints to maximize brand elevation and commercial impact. Connecting seasonal product narratives directly to immersive consumer experiences, you will ensure our premium positioning is felt in every environment. Reporting to the Senior Lead - Brand Experience on the Brand Experience team, you will support the LATAM retail and wholesale networks to drive operational excellence and exceptional design execution.
Your Mission
- Own the execution and maintenance of visual merchandising standards across all On retail stores, shop-in-shops, showrooms, and key account doors within the region
- Partner with Key Account and Regional Merchandising teams to implement cohesive seasonal product stories that optimize space productivity and reflect global brand guidelines
- Manage the end to end installation of shop-in-shops, showrooms, and seasonal resets, coordinating logistics and timelines to deliver premium execution
- Collaborate with Retail Design and Retail Marketing teams to execute high-impact in-store campaigns and launch moments with precision
- Lead seasonal showroom setups for wholesale sell-in events, creating polished presentations that drive commercial confidence
- Leverage Adobe Creative Suite to adapt global training materials and design specific regional visual merchandising tools for field teams
- Guide external visual merchandising agencies and field partners, delivering actionable feedback and training to sustain execution quality
- Align closely with DTC channels to establish a unified and seamless brand presence across all consumer touchpoints
Your Story
- You bring 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising roles within a premium retail environment, preferably focused on footwear or apparel
- Proven track record of hands-on execution for complex window displays, large-scale in-store installations, and high-velocity product resets
- Experience managing external agency partners and field execution networks to deliver consistent quality across multiple locations
- Technical proficiency utilizing Adobe InDesign and Photoshop to interpret, adapt, and distribute clear visual guidelines
- Deep understanding of the premium lifestyle and performance retail landscape, combined with strong commercial acumen regarding assortment presentation
- Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to support store openings, wholesale accounts, and regional brand hubs
