Our team is looking for a dynamic new team member to own our Trade Marketing plans within our BeNe market. You will report directly to the Northern Europe Head of Marketing, and work closely with the market Head of Sales and Sr Brand Activation Specialist, ensuring seamless strategy, planning and executions of all trade marketing initiatives for Belgium and the Netherlands.

You will help find opportunities with focus partners to grow brand awareness and sellout, being accountable for the management of all trade marketing projects from brief through to execution.

Through authentic brand storytelling, creative brand engagement, and impactful digital and experiential campaigns. At the heart of our work is supporting our communities to dream big, and setting them on the right path to turn those dreams into reality. You will report to the Head of Marketing, Northern Europe.


YOUR MISSION

  • Your mission is to grow the brand in BeNe within our retail partners - driving brand awareness, consideration and conversion across run, movement, training, outdoor and tennis communities 
  • You will act as the interface between our retail partners and various departments at On, including sales, operations, trade design, events, brand experience and DTC.
  • Working closely with our sales team, you will drive marketing topics during sell-ins, to create an account specific seasonal GTM for  all online and offline touch points (including Brand Activation).
  • You will co-own with the sub-regional Head of Marketing the retail consumer journey and GTM roadmap for the market focus accounts.
  • Developing strategic brand plans with the BeNe Head of Sales and commercial teams.
  • You will plan and deliver impactful 360° brand experiences, ensuring that everything we do is customer-centric, leveraging consumer insights and focusing on future growth.
Own the local B2B marketing budget for BeNe retail partners, ensuring strategic allocation and accurate tracking of investments.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You’ve got at least 3-5 years experience in omnichannel retail/trade marketing and have loved every minute of it!
  • You are familiar with the retail industry and understand the challenges, opportunities and needs of this sector. 
  • Responsible, resilient and adaptable, you take pride in your ability to manage a wide range of projects while always delivering the WOW. 
  • You can see the bigger picture, but you know it’s the fine details that really matter. You’re happy to step out of your comfort-zone and learn new skills - You love working with others, because you know that by joining together, we can achieve so much more.
  • You like being out and about, visiting our retail partners and building strong partner relationships – with 20% of your working time likely to be away from the desk.
  • Fluent in English both verbally and written. Dutch and/or French professional knowledge is a plus.
  • Based in Amsterdam, Rotterdam or within proximity to Leusden.
