This role sits within a performance-driven inbound marketing team focused on attracting, nurturing, and converting leads through data-led SEO, content, and CRO strategies. The position plays a key role in improving organic visibility and delivering high-quality traffic across diverse client portfolios and industries. You will work at the intersection of analytics, content strategy, and technical SEO, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to shape impactful digital experiences. The environment is fast-paced, client-facing, and highly collaborative, offering exposure to a wide range of business models such as B2B, B2C, e-commerce, and education. You will be responsible for translating complex SEO insights into clear, actionable recommendations that drive measurable results. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale digital projects while continuously developing your expertise in inbound marketing and search optimization.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and optimize SEO, content, and CRO strategies by analyzing performance data and identifying opportunities to improve organic traffic, engagement, and conversion rates across client websites.
  • Produce detailed reports and actionable recommendations using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog, translating insights into clear client-facing deliverables.
  • Manage KPIs, monitor performance trends, and ensure continuous improvement of inbound marketing initiatives through structured testing and iteration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align strategies, communicate insights effectively, and ensure the execution of SEO and content optimization plans.
  • Support team coordination, knowledge sharing, and mentoring activities while contributing to the development of processes and best practices.
  • Ensure high-quality documentation, organization, and communication across all inbound marketing activities.
  • Requirements:

    • Experience in inbound marketing, SEO, or digital marketing roles with strong exposure to performance analysis and content optimization.
    • Advanced proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
    • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and propose strategic, scalable solutions.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical SEO concepts in a clear and accessible way to clients and stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and proactivity in managing tasks, priorities, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
    • Advanced knowledge of Portuguese grammar and strong written communication skills.
