DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an Email Marketing Automation Specialist to support our global marketing teams by building, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns at scale. This role is part of a centralized shared services team and will focus on audience segmentation, campaign execution, and operational excellence within the email channel. The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume, process-driven environment. You will work closely with marketers, data teams, and fellow automation specialists to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with established best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Segmentation
- Build and maintain email audience segments using Adobe marketing technologies (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Eloqua) based on defined business and campaign requirements
- Execute email campaigns end-to-end, including audience setup, campaign configuration, QA, scheduling, and deployment
- Ensure campaigns adhere to established standards for branding, personalization, compliance, and data usage
- Support recurring, triggered, and ad hoc email campaigns across multiple business units and regions
Marketing Automation Operations
- Work within established campaign workflows and operating models to deliver consistent, scalable execution
- Perform thorough quality assurance checks to validate segmentation logic, personalization, links, and data accuracy
- Troubleshoot campaign issues related to data, segmentation, or execution and escalate when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of campaign builds and processes
Collaboration & Support
- Partner closely with the Marketing Automation Supervisor, program managers, and business marketers to translate campaign requirements into executable builds
- Collaborate with data and technology teams to resolve data-related issues and improve segmentation accuracy
- Support process improvements and contribute ideas to improve efficiency, quality, and turnaround time
Performance & Optimization Support
- Assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking by ensuring correct tagging and data capture
- Support A/B tests and experimentation efforts by accurately executing test designs
- Apply learnings and feedback to improve future campaign execution
Qualifications
Required
- 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or digital marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Oracle Eloqua, or similar email/marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of email marketing fundamentals, including segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle campaigns
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
Preferred
- Experience supporting global or shared service marketing teams
- Familiarity with CRM and data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, CDPs)
- Basic understanding of email compliance and deliverability best practices
- Experience working with offshore or cross-functional global teams
