All-in-One Marketing Manager (IT Business Enablement / Adoption)
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an All-in-One Marketing Manager (IT Business Enablement / Adoption) based in India.
This role sits at the intersection of internal marketing, product storytelling, and IT transformation within a modern enterprise environment. You will be responsible for shaping how internal users understand, engage with, and adopt digital platforms, tools, and AI-enabled products. The role goes beyond traditional communication, focusing on driving real behavioral change and measurable product usage. You will independently own end-to-end campaigns across multiple internal channels. It is a highly hands-on position requiring both strategic thinking and strong execution capability. You will operate as a full-stack marketer, producing content, messaging, and creative assets without reliance on large support teams. The environment is fast-paced, innovation-driven, and deeply focused on AI-enabled transformation and continuous improvement.
Accountabilities:
- Own and execute internal marketing and adoption campaigns end-to-end, from planning and briefing to delivery and performance tracking
- Create engaging multi-format content including copy, visuals, and short-form video independently without dedicated creative support
- Design and implement adoption-focused messaging strategies that move users from awareness to active product usage and behavior change
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, scale content production, and improve creative output quality
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze engagement data, and continuously optimize strategies for higher impact
- Collaborate with IT and product teams to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling internal narratives
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, internal communications, product marketing, or closely related fields
- Strong ability to operate as a generalist capable of ideation, writing, design execution, and content production independently
- Proven experience in internal campaigns, change management, or product adoption initiatives
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills across multiple formats
- Adoption-first mindset with a focus on driving usage and engagement rather than just awareness
- Comfort working in fast-changing environments with shifting priorities and deadlines
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway) is a strong advantage
- Experience in enterprise IT, digital transformation, or internal platform rollouts preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across campaign work, content, and creative execution
