Position Summary

Join Thermo Fisher Scientific’s marketing team and contribute to advancing global scientific innovation. As a Marketing Specialist II for the Analytical Instruments Group (AIG) in Taiwan, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement across our product portfolio.

In this collaborative role, you will translate complex scientific solutions into compelling marketing initiatives and work cross-functionally to achieve revenue targets. You will plan and execute integrated marketing programs across digital and traditional channels, manage product launches, and develop engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.

You will also analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing and demand generation strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine scientific knowledge with marketing expertise to support our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications

  • Master’s degree with marketing / business / instrumentation -related fields. At least 3 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience. A background in chemical analysis or a related scientific field is preferred. Experience in the scientific or analytical instrumentation industry is highly preferred.
  • Digital Tools: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, including marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in campaign development, execution, and performance analysis. Strong knowledge of market analysis and demand generation.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Collaboration: Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Content Development: Ability to create engaging marketing content and sales enablement materials.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience in budget management and ROI tracking.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills in both mandarin and english
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Organizational Agility: Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
