Senior Manager, Field Marketing
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Field Marketing based in India.
This role is a high-impact leadership position responsible for driving regional marketing strategy and execution across APJ in close alignment with sales and partner ecosystems. You will own the full field marketing mix, including demand generation, channel marketing, digital campaigns, events, and partner programs, ensuring strong pipeline contribution and measurable business impact. The position requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will lead and develop a small regional team while collaborating across countries, cultures, and cross-functional stakeholders. Accountabilities:
- Define and execute the APJ field marketing strategy aligned with regional sales objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead end-to-end demand generation initiatives across digital campaigns, events, content, and integrated marketing programs.
- Own channel and partner marketing activities across distributors and resellers, including MDF planning, execution, and ROI tracking.
- Develop and deliver partner enablement programs, training sessions, and joint marketing initiatives to drive partner performance.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with pipeline generation and account growth priorities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small regional field marketing team, ensuring strong performance and professional growth.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, optimizing programs based on data-driven insights.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including strong exposure to field marketing and channel/partner marketing.
- Proven experience in the enterprise technology or cybersecurity industry is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams, including at least 3 direct reports.
- Strong track record of delivering pipeline growth and achieving marketing KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot or similar) and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills in complex, multi-region environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and international teams.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution effectively.
