This role sits at the intersection of solution engineering, software development, and customer engagement, focused on building compelling technical demonstrations and Proofs of Concept for enterprise-grade digital experience and AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with global presales, product, and engineering teams to design and deliver scalable demo environments that showcase advanced capabilities across modern cloud and AI technologies. The position involves hands-on development of full-stack applications, APIs, and integrations, with a strong emphasis on innovation and rapid prototyping. You will also contribute to AI-powered use cases, experimenting with LLMs, generative AI workflows, and intelligent automation frameworks. This is a highly collaborative role where technical depth meets storytelling, enabling customers to experience real-world value through well-crafted solutions. Accountabilities:
- Design and develop scalable demo environments, Proofs of Concept (POCs), and Hands-On Labs supporting enterprise digital experience solutions.
- Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, and tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency of technical demonstrations.
- Develop end-to-end solutions integrating APIs, cloud services, Adobe Experience Cloud components, and third-party platforms.
- Create AI-driven use cases leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, embeddings, and AI APIs.
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications, microservices, and automation tools across frontend, backend, and cloud layers.
- Evaluate and prototype emerging AI technologies using tools such as AI assistants, agent-based workflows, and modern coding platforms.
- Support demo provisioning, environment automation, and operational improvements for presales enablement.
- Collaborate with solution consultants, product teams, and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Deliver technical workshops, enablement sessions, and contribute to internal innovation initiatives and knowledge sharing.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale applications, APIs, integrations, and cloud-native architectures.
- Solid understanding of microservices, system design, and distributed application frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG-based systems.
- Experience with AI development tools such as AI coding assistants, agent workflows, or platforms like Claude and Cursor.
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, AI orchestration, and modern AI application patterns.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks is a plus.
- Experience in presales, solution engineering, demo engineering, or customer-facing technical roles is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business discussions.
