This role sits at the intersection of sales engineering, healthcare technology, and operational excellence, supporting enterprise growth initiatives in a fast-evolving SaaS environment.
You will play a key behind-the-scenes role in enabling high-quality technical sales processes, ensuring demo environments, documentation, and RFP responses are accurate, scalable, and enterprise-ready.
The position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex workflow challenges, working cross-functionally, and improving how technical sales organizations operate.
Rather than owning direct sales presentations, you will act as a critical operational partner to the Sales Engineering team, supporting efficiency and consistency across tools, processes, and assets.
You will contribute to shaping how healthcare software solutions are positioned and understood by prospective enterprise clients.
The environment is collaborative and highly cross-functional, involving close work with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Technical teams.
This is a remote U.S.-based role with travel expectations of up to 50%, supporting strategic growth in healthcare technology.
Accountabilities:
- Maintain, update, and enhance sales demo environments and datasets to ensure accurate representation of real-world healthcare workflows.
- Support RFP, RFI, security questionnaire, and technical response processes by gathering inputs, maintaining response libraries, and ensuring consistency.
- Document customer workflows, technical requirements, and business processes through clear mapping, writing, and structured analysis.
- Assist in managing demo readiness, product updates, and technical asset preparation for enterprise sales initiatives.
- Coordinate across Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on technical content and messaging.
- Build and maintain repositories of playbooks, documentation, and reusable technical resources to improve scalability.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, efficiency, and consistency across the Sales Engineering function.
- Support research on product capabilities, integrations, and healthcare technology requirements to enhance solution accuracy.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, EHR/EMR systems, technical support, implementation, or solution consulting.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills with attention to clarity, structure, and accuracy.
- Experience working with technical or operational workflows, including process mapping or systems documentation.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate complex workflows into structured outputs.
- Experience supporting RFP, RFI, or technical proposal processes is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems such as EHR, EMR, RCM, or practice management platforms is a plus.
- Exposure to tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, or presentation/design platforms is beneficial.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
