THE ROLE

This is a consultative B2B sales role where every project is different.

You'll work with business clients across Europe, understanding their brand, their vision, and their commercial needs before recommending a tailored signage solution. You'll own the sales process from qualified opportunity through to closing the deal, while collaborating closely with internal design and production teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Rather than transactional selling, this role is about building trusted relationships, understanding complex customer requirements, and delivering solutions that create long-term partnerships.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Close qualified sales opportunities while consistently achieving sales targets.

  • Consult with B2B clients across Europe, understanding their requirements and recommending tailored signage solutions.

  • Build long-term relationships with major brands and agencies that generate repeat business and referrals.

  • Maintain an organised CRM, ensuring your pipeline, follow-ups, and reporting remain accurate and up to date.

  • Collaborate closely with internal design and production teams to ensure customer expectations are aligned from the beginning of each project.

  • Continuously improve your sales skills through coaching, training, and ongoing feedback.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a genuine passion for selling.

  • Native-level German (non-negotiable).

  • Good English for internal communication.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand client needs and explain complex solutions clearly.

  • Excellent organisation and discipline in managing your sales pipeline and customer follow-ups.

  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with the confidence to guide customers towards a buying decision.

  • An interest in technical or customised products and the ability to learn complex solutions quickly.

  • Ambition to grow your career within a company that actively promotes internal development.
