LinkedIn is the world's largest professional network, built to create economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce. Our products help people make powerful connections, discover exciting opportunities, build necessary skills, and gain valuable insights every day. We're also committed to providing transformational opportunities for our own employees by investing in their growth. At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Director to join our team as a trusted adviser with a relentless focus on bringing value to our customers across Thailand and Vietnam. This role will manage a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts, helping customers navigate workforce transformation driven by AI, including evolving hiring practices, skills-based talent strategies, AI adoption readiness, and organizational learning transformation.

You will be responsible for enabling our clients’ success through LinkedIn Talent and Learning solutions. This is a strategic sales role that requires a deep understanding of complex client organizations and strong collaboration with internal cross-functional partners.

This is a 6-month contract role, based in Singapore, with a focus on driving growth, retention, and strategic value creation across key enterprise customers in Thailand and Vietnam.

Responsibilities

Understand business priorities and customer needs

  • Prepare and deliver key customer moments and executive meetings with a deep understanding of the customer’s business through discovery, thoughtful questioning, and research (annual reports, market insights, and industry articles).
  • Ask layered, open-ended questions to uncover and clarify customer objectives and challenges beyond surface-level needs.
  • Drive customer growth by proactively identifying opportunities to deliver greater value and demonstrate ROI.
  • Use AI-powered research, insights, and productivity tools to improve customer preparation, account planning, and sales effectiveness.

Multi-threading and stakeholder engagement

  • Adapt communication styles and content effectively to engage different personas and decision-makers.
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping to identify decision-makers, process owners (e.g., IT, Procurement), and influencers across customer accounts.

Solution and value selling

  • Lead with solutions, not products, when making recommendations aligned to customer objectives.
  • Drive customer decision-making by establishing a shared vision and articulating compelling value propositions across stakeholders.
  • Apply commercial acumen in crafting and negotiating agreements.
  • Use data and insights to support investment recommendations and address customer objections.
  • Engage customers throughout the sales cycle and post-sale to validate value realization and adapt strategies to optimize ROI.

Operational rigor and collaboration

  • Proactively mitigate churn risk through a smart, customer-centric approach.
  • Apply business acumen in account planning by considering economic, industry, and company-specific factors.
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure optimal customer success.
  • Maintain discipline in territory planning, account planning, forecasting, and quota attainment.
  • Follow best practices in CRM and sales tools to effectively manage sales cycles and customer journeys.
  • Travel up to 25% (approximately one week per month), subject to business requirements.
  • Demonstrate humility, curiosity, and a willingness to seek support when facing challenges.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales and/or consulting experience.
  • Fluency in Business English is required. Fluency in Thai and/or Vietnamese is highly preferred to support local market engagement.
