The Inbound SDR will serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers and manage inbound sales activity across the organization. The Inbound SDR will respond to inbound inquiries, coordinate quote requests, maintain CRM accuracy, and ensure prospective customers receive timely and professional support. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent organization, CRM experience, and a customer-first mindset.

Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospective customers.
Contact incoming leads through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Gather relevant customer information and route inquiries appropriately.
Ensure prospects receive timely and professional follow-up.
Assist prospects with product inquiries and quote requests.
Coordinate information required to move opportunities through the sales process.
Support sales initiatives through timely follow-up and communication.
Help maintain a smooth customer buying experience.
Maintain accurate records within HubSpot.
Track lead progression, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
Ensure CRM data remains clean, organized, and actionable.
Support pipeline visibility through accurate documentation.
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers.
Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.
Build rapport and credibility through effective communication.
Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
Assist with customer service inquiries when needed.
Support operational coordination across internal teams.
Ensure information is accurately documented and communicated.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
2+ years of experience in sales development, customer support, customer success, inside sales, or other customer-facing roles.
Experience working within CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
Experience handling customer inquiries via phone and email.
Experience supporting inbound sales or customer service processes.
Experience maintaining CRM records and managing customer interactions.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
