Inside Sales Representative

The Opportunity

The Inside Sales Representative operates within the Creativity & Efficiency Team and assumes various responsibilities essential to advancing Adobe’s revenue growth throughout Hong Kong. This position emphasizes both attracting new customers and growing existing accounts in the Named and SMB segments for 24 months contract.

The ISR is responsible for generating pipeline, engaging customers, and closing deals, collaborating closely with Account Executives and Channel Account Managers. This position includes specific revenue and pipeline goals, tracked quarterly, with a focus on scalable growth and outstanding delivery!

What You’ll Do

  • Surpass quarterly and annual revenue and pipeline goals across Named and SMB segments
  • Develop and complete pipeline through inbound and outbound demand generation activities (campaigns, events, digital leads)
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline coverage, ensuring consistent progression across all sales stages
  • Manage and close opportunities by driving end-to-end sales cycle execution from prospecting to deal closure
  • Identify customer business requirements and align Adobe solutions including Creative Cloud, Acrobat, and workflows powered by artificial intelligence
  • Work alongside Account Executives and Channel Account Managers to assist land-and-expand strategies
  • Work closely with channel partners and resellers to accelerate deal closure and drive partner success
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM with disciplined forecasting and reporting cadence
  • Engage cross-functionally with Renewals, Marketing, and Solution Consulting teams to drive program and campaign execution
  • Drive customer adoption and usage to support long-term expansion and retention

What You Need To Succeed

  • Proven track record in achieving and over-achieving targets within a B2B sales environment, preferably software / SaaS
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, with exposure to inside sales or hybrid sales motions
  • Strong experience in pipeline generation, prospecting, and deal closure
  • Experience working within both direct sales and channel sales models
  • Strong collaborator management and communication capability
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and focused with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration approach
  • Excellent verbal communication skills (listening and articulation)
  • Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
