We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (Italian or German Speaker) to join our team. In this role, you will support the Sales team by enhancing customer relationships through proactive management of the entire customer order lifecycle — from clean order entry to invoicing and delivery. You will also manage customer-reserved inventory to meet shared goals for both Arrow and our customers.
This position follows a hybrid work model from our office based in Porto.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing the Order-to-Invoice process,
Communicating with customers and suppliers, providing after-sales support (primarily via email, occasionally by phone or chat),
Order management and backlog monitoring,
Handling and responding to customer requests and backlog changes,
Coordinating with internal departments such as Sales and Logistics,
Ensuring On-Time Delivery in line with customer and company targets,
Driving customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
What we are looking for:
Proficiency in both Italian or German (C1-C2 level) is essential, and English at a minimum B2 level,
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced),
Previous experience in Customer Service,
Excellent communication and coordination skills,
A customer-focused mindset,
Strong team player.
