Sales Proposal Manager

Summary:
The Sales Proposal Manager is responsible to prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Develops vision on an important market on the level of a product line with a long-term perspective. Leads business development planning processes for this market.
You will be responsible for:
- Develop proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing. May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation.
- Handles products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
- Manages complex sales, processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
- Handles important business unit clients.
- Coordinates sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.
- Department is involved in medium-large sales.
- Handles big or challenging markets or multi country.
Fuel your passion:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Proposals.
- Advanced English Level.
- Ability to understand technical project requirements and support the development of suitable commercial and execution frameworks.
- Exposure to commercial discussions, proposals, customer engagement, or contracting structures.
