Sales Assistant

Your Tasks:

  • Support sales managers with all administrative tasks and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
  • Maintain direct customer SRM portals and manager communications regarding orders and payments
  • Handle forecast checks, order downloads, shipment status updates, and payment corrections
  • Coordinate customer compliance documents and technical documents
  • Check sample availability and process sample applications
  • Maintenance of customer in CRM system; be familiar with the applications and associated processes, and actively use the system. Identify and resolve potential issues
  • Sales data analysis & processing; Processing sales figures, sales statistics, sales reports
  • Handle customers’ phone/Email inquires and forward to RSM based on region split
  • Handle initial customer complaint communications for non-technical issues
  • Assistant to seminar/forum/exhibition, especially the big seminars/meetings in big customer side
  • Limited customer visits to improve non-technical cooperation. Eg: forecast, logistic, payment and order processing issue
  • Support sales managers on big customers business activities tracking
  • Support sales managers on coordinating with customer for loan/return equipment
  • Important business visit or trip plan for sales team
  • Sales Process optimization and standardization
  • Organize and coordinate for East Asia sales meeting and other important sales meetings; make meeting minutes
  • Support sales managers for travel reimbursement
  • Close contact with German headquarter

Your Skills:

  • Bachler or college degree in administration, international trade, or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant office experience (sales assistant experience preferred)
  • Good English skill for office work
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, solid EXCEL skills
  • Experience with CRM system is preferred
  • Strong communication skills
