The Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive (hunter profile) to lead new business growth for our GETPAID solution across the DACH market. This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on engaging CFOs and senior finance stakeholders within large enterprise and upper mid-market organisations. You will play a key role in expanding FIS’ footprint in the Order-to-Cash space, positioning GETPAID as a critical solution for cash flow optimisation and financial transformation.
What You Will Be Doing....
  • Drive new business acquisition across the DACH region, owning the full sales cycle
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and engage senior stakeholders (CFO, Head of Finance, Shared Services, AR leaders)
  • Build strong value-driven sales propositions around cash flow, working capital, and DSO reduction
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments within DACH
What You Bring.....
  • Proven success in enterprise software sales (hunter role)
  • Strong experience in FinTech, payments, or financial process automation
  • Ideally, experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, or working capital solutions
  • Track record of selling to enterprise and mid-market corporates in the DACH region
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and CFO-level value messaging
  • Fluent in German and English (required)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
