Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in narrative craft, specifically pitching brand as a engaged differentiator to help performance-heavy clients achieve high-level business objectives.
  • Experience acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite decision-makers.
  • Ability to align lead generation clients with growth targets by architecting joint business plans anchored in 1st party data strategies.
  • Ability to focus on measurement and to quantify and prove incremental value through Google’s solution suite to ensure transparent and maximized customer success.
