Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, account management, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and engaged selling.
- Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics; expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Italy, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
- Ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally to deliver impact.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time with attention to detail.
