AI Sales Specialist Manager, Google Cloud (English, Mandarin)
In this role, you will lead a team responsible for growing the Artificial Intelligence (AI) business by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers. You will build relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Field Sales, Customer Engineering, Solution Architecture, Product) and customers, supporting the team to do the same. You will ensure the team has the necessary promotion skills to demonstrate product functionality and overviews of business use cases, and close business. You will lead with empathy and identify ways to multiply the impact of the team to drive value for Google Cloud.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software, cloud or AI environment.
- Experience with leading teams in a cloud-based Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment.
- Experience in promoting cloud-based IT solutions to companies in the Greater China market with engineers and customer technical leads.
- Experience with identifying AI use cases to solve customer issues or promoting AI technology to clients.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing sales role.

- Experience in planning and organizing go-to-market strategies, business programs, and sales activity within the team and territory.
- Experience in leveraging knowledge of related products, solutions, and market trends, with the ability to analyze sales performance data or market changes, to drive direction.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to impact business goals, customer experience, and customer expansion.
- Experience with Google Cloud, AI offerings, and promoting an AI technology stack.
- Excellent problem solving, communication, presentation and program management skills.
