Solution Sales Specialist - Nordics - Global Market Insights

About the Role
Are you passionate about creating real value for customers and shaping the future of healthcare insights? We’re looking for a Solution Sales Specialist to join our team and help leading organizations make smarter decisions through IQVIA’s Global Market Insights solutions.

In this role, you’ll combine your consultative approach with deep product expertise to identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and deliver solutions that truly make a difference. You’ll work with both new and existing large accounts, driving growth while ensuring exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive growth: Achieve and exceed revenue targets for your assigned solutions.
  • Be the expert: Develop deep knowledge of our products and how they create value for clients.
  • Collaborate & innovate: Partner with Account Directors to craft winning strategies and proposals.
  • Engage at all levels: Build trust with stakeholders and present solutions that solve real challenges.
  • Deliver impact: Ensure smooth implementation and high customer satisfaction.
  • Spot opportunities: Identify new ways to expand relationships and create added value.
  • Shape the future: Share insights and feedback to influence our marketing and product strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree and +/- 5 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics.
  • Proven success in consultative selling and closing new business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – you know how to inspire confidence.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset: fast, flexible, and focused on solutions.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
