Principal Duties
- Building and executing sales plan for achieving quarterly and annual sales and pipeline objectives.
- Work closely with all existing IQVIA account sales team in Southeast Asia to leverage existing relationships and generate Quality, Compliance, Regulatory and patient management opportunities
- Identification and Prospecting of new business leads, including qualification and needs assessments.
- Building and maintaining a sales opportunity pipeline utilizing company sales and automation tools.
- Presentation and positioning of IQVIA Digital & AI solutions to prospective clients.
- Developing effective proposals and persuasively closing new business opportunities.
- Adhering to the IQVIA strategic selling methodology for developing a sales pipeline.
- Maintaining client relationships and building new business relationships.
- Demonstrate the ability to successfully close on proposals submitted to clients
- Generate sales levels consistent with corporate goals for growth with assigned territory
- Prepare, update and maintain Account Plans for all active clients within the territory
- Providing market feedback internally concerning the effectiveness of products, services and marketing programs.
Education and Skills
- Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ in outside sales environment with proven track record
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing sales and delivery of software solutions into the Medical Device, Biotech and Pharmaceutical sector
- Strong sales skills & ability to work with Quality head, Compliance head, CXO-level executives
- Willingness to prospect relentlessly to drive strong activity
- Strong writing, oral & presentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Must be extremely self-motivated and a quick learner

- Preferred familiarity with one of the following: manufacturing processes, technology, business applications, quality management principals(GMP) or ISO/QS-9000.
- Previous experience with new QMS solutions (i.e. Trackwise, Veeva, Master Control) is a plus
- Previous experience with selling Compliance and regulatory solutions, Patient Solutions is a plus
- Based in Indonesia.
