Digital Sales Assistant

OzarksFirst is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Sales Assistant to support our Digital Sales team in delivering exceptional service to our clients and Account Executives. This position plays a critical role in ensuring digital advertising campaigns are launched accurately, monitored effectively, and reported on efficiently.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure flawless execution, and takes pride in organization, accuracy, and customer service. This is an administrative and support role designed to help maximize revenue opportunities through campaign coordination, reporting, order entry, and communication with internal teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with digital order entry and campaign setup across multiple digital platforms including Nexstar owned websites, OTT/CTV, Display, Video, Social Media, SEM, Native, and Programmatic products.
  • Coordinate the collection and organization of creative assets and campaign information to ensure successful campaign launches.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and delivery, communicating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
  • Generate campaign reports and performance recaps for Account Executives and Digital Strategic Account Managers.
  • Assist client reporting by compiling metrics and organizing campaign data into easy-to-understand presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign details, insertion orders, billing information, and client deliverables.
  • Work closely with Sales, Traffic, Operations, and Finance to ensure campaigns are executed properly and invoices reconcile accurately.
  • Maintain knowledge of digital advertising products, platforms, and industry best practices.
  • Provide administrative support to the Digital Sales team as needed, including scheduling, documentation, and project coordination.
  • Assist with billing questions, campaign adjustments, and other post-sale support requests.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on campaigns and reports to ensure accuracy before client delivery.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the Digital Sales Department.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Previous administrative, sales support, media, or digital marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Comfortable learning new software platforms and technology.
  • General understanding of digital advertising products and terminology is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while supporting internal teams and clients.
