 Position Type: Managerial
 Location: Hermosillo, Sonora.
 Work Hours: 40 hrs
 Profile: Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, business or related.

 Job Overview:
The Key Account Manager (KAM) role is essential for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring our products meet those needs. As an entry-level manager, you will support the execution of sales strategies at the headquarters level, collaborating effectively with your team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist in executing sales strategies within the team and organization.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
  • Focus on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, or category with clearly defined and narrow objectives.
  • Collaborate and network effectively within the immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.
  • Work under direct supervision, following well-defined precedents and policies.

 Hard Skills:

  • Understanding of sales strategies and techniques
  • Proficiency in relevant sales and CRM software (please specify if applicable)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

 Soft Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Desire to learn and grow within the organization
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills

 Nice to Have Skills:

  • Previous internship or practical experience in sales or customer management
