About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Principal Solution Engineer to join our IT/ITES vertical. In this high-impact role, you won’t just demonstrate software; you will act as a strategic architect of digital transformation for some of the world’s most innovative companies.

As a trusted technical advisor, you will bridge the gap between complex business challenges and cutting-edge technology solutions. You will be responsible for leading high-stakes engagements within the Technology and IT/ITES sectors, articulating the profound business value of our platform, and fostering a culture of continuous innovation and mentorship within the SE team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Technical Leadership: Lead discovery sessions and solution design workshops and demonstrations for enterprise TMT customers. You will translate “big picture” business goals into actionable technical architectures

  • Presales Excellence: Partner with Account Executives to navigate complex territories, respond to RFPs, and develop winning strategies for high-value business solutions.

  • Visionary Demonstrations: Bring the future to life through “Day in the Life” storytelling. You will design and deliver compelling proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions and demonstrations that resonate with C-suite executives.

  • Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end solutions leveraging [Company] products tailored to TMT-specific business processes

  • Industry Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert on TMT-specific trends and use cases, including subscriber management, content monetization, network operations, and media workflows.

  • Team Mentorship & Growth: Coach and mentor junior Solution Engineers, sharing best practices in storytelling, technical architecture, and value-based selling to elevate the team’s collective capability.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders

  • Feedback & Innovation: Act as a critical liaison between the field and our Product/Engineering teams, providing real-world insights to influence our product roadmap and solution evolution.

  • Business Justification: Construct sophisticated business cases and ROI analyses to justify investment in digital transformation and cloud computing initiatives.

  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry events, webinars, blogs, and internal enablement initiatives

Qualifications

Required:

  • 15+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Implementation of high-value customer engagement solutions.

  • Architectural Fluency: A broad understanding of Cloud Computing, CRM, SFA, Marketing, and Mobile solutions.

  • Strong focus and experience in pre-sales or implementation is required.

  • Executive Presence: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence business and technology leaders at the highest levels.

  • Technical Foundations: Strong grasp of APIs, data architecture, integrations, and cloud-native platforms.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred:

  • Relevant Industry experience with Technology and/or IT/ITES, exposure to Salesforce will be a plus but not mandatory

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, AWS Solutions Architect).
