To develop DO sales strategies and initiatives, enabling the regional teams to achieve
market share and financial targets for their product lines. And accountable for creating the product-driven sales playbook and providing technical expertise to the regional sales force, ensuring effective execution and business development.
Develop and Implement Product Sales Strategy:
1) Formulate and execute comprehensive product-specific sales strategies and business plans.
2) Conduct thorough market analysis and forecasting to achieve order intake, market share, and profitability targets for the assigned regions.
Drive Sales Enablement and Project Pursuit:
1) Architect the sales support structure by leading product selection, technical qualification, and the configuration of competitive offers.
2) Directly engage in key sales projects, presentations, and bidding processes to secure business with targeted customers.
Develop Standalone Software Business and Channel Ecosystem:
Independently develop and lead standalone software sales opportunities, from demand generation and solution positioning through commercial pursuit and deal closure. Establish and scale a capable channel partner network for standalone software, including partner recruitment, onboarding, capability development, performance management, and joint opportunity pursuit.
Orchestrate Regional Marketing and Intelligence:
1) Coordinate with regional marketing to plan and execute promotional activities (e.g., roadshows, seminars).
2) Spearhead market and competitive intelligence gathering, including win-loss analysis, to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
