Provides specialist technical support to the Global Field Operations teams ensuring that safety and complex customer cases are dealt with quickly and efficiently
Proactively monitors the global installed base to identify trends and improvement opportunities to improve system reliability and enhance customer satisfaction
Provides specialist Technical Support as the interface to the design and development teams on all new product introductions
Supports the production of all product related service technical documentation and communication to Global Field Operations
Closes the ‘Quality Feedback Loop’ by working closely with the field teams to ensure that installed base product performance issues are clearly understood
Supports the development of data analysis and trending capability working closely with the Data Analytics & Dynamic Maintenance Team
Provides specialist technical training when requested
Supports change control implementation and defect handling
Generates service technical instructions
Supports complaint handling & investigation
Provides installation and service support and training during new product roll out and ensures that feedback is delivered and incorporated into subsequent releases
Reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems
Provides specialist technical support to the Installed Base Excellence team
Supports the development and specification of special test equipment
