You will be responsible for owning the regional go-to-market strategy, driving large enterprise SaaS revenue, expanding key strategic accounts, and strengthening Sprinklr’s position as a category leader across ANZ.

This role requires a balance of new logo acquisition, enterprise expansion, and executive-level engagement, with a strong focus on industries such as financial services, telecommunications, retail, and public sector.

Why Join

  • Own and shape ANZ strategy with direct visibility to APAC leadership

  • Sell a market-leading CXM platform trusted by global enterprise brands

  • Partner with a well-established regional ecosystem across marketing, consulting, and alliances

  • Build and elevate a high-calibre enterprise sales team in a competitive SaaS landscape

What You Will Do

  • Own and deliver the ANZ regional revenue target, with clear accountability for new business and expansion

  • Develop and execute a focused ANZ go-to-market strategy, prioritising key industries and enterprise accounts

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of enterprise account executives to consistently exceed quota

  • Drive strategic account planning across top-tier ANZ customers, expanding footprint and multi-product adoption

  • Be deeply involved in complex, high-value deals, engaging at C-suite level and navigating procurement-heavy environments

  • Establish strong relationships with key regional stakeholders including partners, advisors, and industry networks

  • Drive operational excellence using MEDDPICC, disciplined pipeline management, and accurate forecasting

  • Partner cross-functionally with solutions consulting, customer success, marketing, and global account teams

  • Navigate ANZ-specific requirements including compliance, data residency considerations, and procurement frameworks

  • Represent Sprinklr in the ANZ market through industry events, executive forums, and thought leadership

Who You Are

  • Proven enterprise sales leader with success in the ANZ market, ideally within high-growth SaaS environments

  • Strong understanding of ANZ enterprise landscape, including major accounts and buying behaviours

  • Experience closing complex, multi-million dollar SaaS deals with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing enterprise sales teams

  • Strong track record in both new logo acquisition and account expansion within existing enterprise customers

  • Skilled in executive engagement, able to build credibility with CIO, CMO, and CX leaders

  • Deep understanding of key ANZ verticals such as financial services, telecom, retail, and government

  • Hands-on leader who leads from the front in deals and customer engagement

  • Comfortable operating in a highly competitive vendor landscape with strong local and global players

  • Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand as required

We focus on our mission: Sprinklr was founded in 2009 to solve a big problem: growing enterprise complexity that separated brands from their customers. Our vision was clear: to unify fragmented teams, tools and data — helping large organizations build deeper, more meaningful connections with the people they serve. Today, Sprinklr has a unified, AI-native platform for four product suites: Sprinklr Service, Sprinklr Social, Sprinklr Marketing, and Sprinklr Insights. Sprinklr is here to do three things:

  • Lead a new category of enterprise software that we call Unified-CXM.

  • Empower companies to deliver next generation, unified engagement journeys that reimagine the customer experience.

  • Create a culture of customer obsession, with trust, teamwork, and accountability.

We believe in our product: Customers who value exceptional customer experiences have what they need on our single unified platform, built with an operating system approach on a single codebase. That means that everything — and everyone — can work together to service, respond, sell, and market to customers on the channels they prefer. While Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM) as a category is just getting started, we are well on our way to creating a no-compromise, unified approach to better customer experiences for the world’s leading enterprise brands.
