Senior Key Account Manager (International Accounts, CEE Region)Stanley Black & Decker is Hiring!We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our team, responsible for managing international accounts across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region.   • Develop and nurture relationships with key international clients in the CEE region.
  • Drive sales growth through strategic account management and business development.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with major accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Analyze market trends and account performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure seamless execution of modern trade and ecommerce strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in key account management, preferably with international exposure.
  • Strong background in modern trade and ecommerce.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Fluent in English; additional CEE languages are a plus.
