Propósito Principal: Responsable de la captación de nuevos clientes y de impulsar la venta de productos tradicionales como móviles, internet y enlaces de datos, así como soluciones y productos digitales. Gestiona el proceso comercial de principio a fin, desde la prospección y negociación hasta el cierre, activación y entrega del servicio, fortaleciendo relaciones comerciales y asegurando una experiencia de calidad para el cliente.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar tácticas comerciales orientadas a la adquisición de clientes nuevos y venta cruzada de clientes asignados.

  • Construir buen relacionamiento con los clientes.

  • Cumplir las políticas y condiciones de venta, para alcanzar la meta mensual.

  • Contar con un plan de visita semanal y seguimiento a los acuerdos con cliente.

  • Diciplina en el manejo de sus oportunidades identificadas ingresándolas en Sales Force para crear casos de colaboración con áreas relacionadas y seguimiento de las oportunidades.

  • Generación de análisis de oportunidad para presentación de comparativos en excel.

Requisitos:

  • 📌 Graduado de Lic. Comunicaciones, Relaciones Internacionales, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.

  • 📌 Experiencia en ventas consultivas, prospección y captación de clientes.

  • 📌 Conocimiento en productos de telecomunicaciones y soluciones digitales.

  • 📌 Manejo de Microsoft Office en nivel intermedio.

  • 📌 Habilidades de negociación, comunicación y relacionamiento comercial.
