About the Opportunity

As a Senior Sales Manager based in Singapore, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and positioning Teads as a trusted partner across Video, Performance & CTV advertising solutions

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving digital advertising environment, understands the agency ecosystem deeply, and has established relationships with key agency groups, trading desks, and brand decision-makers in Singapore. What You’ll Do

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, Southeast Asia (based in Singapore), your primary focus will be to maximize revenue through selling Teads' full-funnel advertising solutions while ensuring the delivery of superior client service and results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive Footprint & Growth: Identify and expand Teads' footprint with strategic media agencies, holding companies, and direct brand clients in Singapore 
  • Establish Strategic Relationships: Navigate and establish robust relationships across complex agency structures from trading desks to executive planning teams, while educating them on Teads’ cutting-edge programmatic and platform solutions 
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Align Teads’ unique value proposition with the evolving business objectives of your prospects and clients, delivering tailored, highly impactful media proposals.
  • Teads Ad Manager (TAM) Advocacy: Drive the adoption, onboarding, and usage of our self-serve buying interface, Teads Ad Manager, by executing detailed product demonstrations for agency partners and clients. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal department; including Client Services, Ad Operations, Insights, and the Creative Studio to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimized client satisfaction.
  • Sales Pipeline Discipline: Maintain an organized, accurate, and disciplined sales pipeline in Salesforce to ensure precise revenue forecasting.
  • Active Brand Representation: Actively represent Teads in the online marketplace, industry events, and client meetings as a proactive Brand Advocate. 

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience: 5+ years of digital media sales experience, preferably in ad technology, online advertising, or agency partnerships.
  • Established Network: Robust, pre-existing connections with major advertising Agency Holding Companies (e.g. Dentsu, Havas, Omnicom, Publicis, WPP), independent agencies, and direct brands in Singapore.
  • Digital Landscape Knowledge: Deep, technical knowledge of the programmatic advertising landscape, digital metrics, video & display formats, performance and CTV solutions.
  • Proven Track Record: A history of winning large accounts, managing complex sales cycles, and consistently delivering on ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starting, solution-driven, and highly consultative approach with a passion for creative problem-solving.
  • Communication Skills: Strong collaborative spirit and outstanding communication/presentation skills.
