We are looking for a talented and experienced Director of Sales to lead our SEA Sales Teams at NiCE.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advanced digital and AI technologies such as conversational AI, IVA, knowledge management, agent assistance and more.
This individual will also have experience and knowledge of the contact center as a service space (CCaaS), a proven track record in sales leadership, and a passion for driving growth in the customer experience (CX) market.
