Revenue Operations Associate - Channel

About the role:

As a Revenue Operations Associate - Channel, you will need to have a deep understanding of AvePoint’s Channel business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Track and monitor the scope of distributor releases each quarter. 
  • Compute distributor pricing for each product. 
  • Submit CRM SKU creation requests and request SKU codes from distributors. 
  • Maintain and update master price files, CMP master files, and SKU availability files. 
  • Integrate SKUs into managed CMP platforms. 
  • Communicate with vendors regarding listing updates and publishing processes. 
  • Respond to tickets related to misconfigurations, failed orders, and login issues using standard playbooks. 
  • Gather marketing content for quarterly releases and post updates in distributor Teams channels. 
  • Escalate non-standard or complex tickets to higher levels.

For this role, you are someone with impressive detail oriented skills, and possess the ability to speak the language of the business, refining marketing messaging to resonate amongst the various marketplaces.

Other qualities you will need to be a fit for this role include:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 1-3 years professional experience or equivalent
  • Basic CRM navigation and data entry. 
  • Understanding of marketplace listing and SKU management processes. 
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
