In this role, you will be responsible for administering, optimizing, and scaling NetSuite to support the end-to-end revenue lifecycle across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

As a Revenue Operations NetSuite Analyst, you’ll leverage your expertise in CRM/ERP systems and data operations to translate complex business needs into scalable system solutions—owning NetSuite configurations, reporting, and integrations that directly power revenue growth. You’ll partner closely with go-to-market teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, streamlined lead processes, and actionable reporting that drives informed decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building the operational infrastructure that enables healthcare technology companies to scale. If you’re ready to take ownership of critical systems and make a measurable impact on revenue performance, we want to hear from you.

Essential Job Duties:

  • NetSuite Administration: Manage day-to-day administration of NetSuite from a Sales/Revenue Operations perspective, including configuration and maintenance of fields, workflows, dashboards, roles, and permissions
  • System Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve system issues, support CPQ functionality, and drive enhancements that improve platform reliability and user experience
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Build and maintain reports and dashboards that provide pipeline visibility, support accurate forecasting, and deliver actionable insights to leadership and go-to-market teams
  • Lead Routing & Lifecycle Management: Design and manage lead routing logic and lifecycle processes to ensure seamless handoffs between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy across systems, proactively resolve inconsistencies, and enforce best practices to maintain a single source of truth across the revenue stack
  • Process Automation: Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual processes, reducing administrative burden and improving operational efficiency across teams
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to understand business needs and translate them into scalable system solutions
  • Documentation & Enablement: Create and maintain documentation, training resources, and user guides to empower NetSuite users across the organization

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or NetSuite-focused role
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM/ERP system management
  • Hands-on experience administering and configuring NetSuite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

What Will Make us LOVE You

  • Experience with CPQ tools and pricing configurations
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Marketo, Gong, Clay, or similar tools
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau for advanced data visualization
  • Basic SQL or data modeling knowledge
  • Prior experience in SaaS or healthcare technology
  • You’re highly motivated and self-driven with a bias toward action
  • You have a positive attitude—you embrace learning, demonstrate resiliency, and appreciate the growth that comes from adversity
  • You are highly team oriented and focus on the success of your peers as well as yourself
  • Self-starter with the ability to organize work for maximum efficiency and attention to quality
