More about the role:

As a Senior Account Executive at Burson, you will play a key role in executing integrated communications programs, managing client deliverables, supporting media and influencer engagement, and contributing to business growth for our Pharma and Healthcare team. You will work closely with senior team members to deliver impactful campaigns, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure high-quality execution across accounts.

What you'll do:

• Support the execution of integrated communications strategies and campaigns.
• Develop client-facing materials including press releases, messaging, reports, and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends, news, and social media opportunities relevant to clients.
• Manage account deliverables within timelines and budget requirements. Next
• Conduct research and provide insights to support client programs and new business opportunities.
• Assist in team coordination, training, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Leverage Generative AI tools for research, planning, content creation, and operational efficiency.

Experience that contributes to success:

• Strong understanding of public relations and integrated communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in media relations and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong research, analytical, and reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with social media trends and influencer engagement.
• Collaborative mindset with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI tools and their application in communications.
