We are looking for a Client Partner to support our team in Philippines. This Client Partner for TikTok will support and drive revenue growth by aligning advertisers' business objectives with TikTok's advertising solutions. Acting as a strategic consultant to agencies and direct clients, you will build strong partnerships and deliver high-impact, data-driven media strategies across the market.

This is a highly commercial, client-facing role suited for a proactive sales professional who combines strong relationship management with strong commercial acumen and a passion for digital media.

What you'll do :

  • Drive advertising revenue by selling TikTok's digital advertising solutions across a portfolio of managed products to both new and existing advertisers.
  • Build, retain, and grow a strong portfolio of advertisers and media agency partners, taking ownership of commercial performance and revenue delivery.
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities to establish a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Develop long-term client relationships and position yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Engage with advertisers and agencies to understand campaign objectives, budgets, KPIs, and target audiences, translating these into effective platform-led solutions.
  • Leverage a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including media planning, campaign buying cycles, pricing models, and performance measurement.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on campaign planning, execution, optimization, and best practices to maximize client ROI.
  • Act as a consultative partner by educating clients on TikTok's advertising products, platform capabilities, and market insights.
  • Lead onboarding and activation of new advertisers, ensuring a seamless transition from pre-sales to campaign launch.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities to drive incremental revenue growth.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key commercial KPIs.
  • Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships across advertisers, agencies, and industry stakeholders within the Philippine market.
  • Represent TikTok at industry events, workshops, and client engagements to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging digital advertising opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles.
  • Resolve client concerns proactively while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support broader market development initiatives, commercial projects, and strategic growth opportunities.
  • What you need for this role :

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • Proven experience in digital advertising sales, media sales, platform sales, account management, business development, or agency partnerships.
    • Strong track record of revenue generation, client acquisition, and business growth.
    • Solid understanding of digital advertising products, media buying processes, pricing models, and performance metrics.
    • Experience working with advertisers, brands, media agencies, or digital platforms.
    • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, influencing, and closing skills.
    • Ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Highly proactive, results-driven, and solutions-oriented mindset.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive client outcomes.
