APAC Top Partners Greater China team strives to "respect the opportunity" by incubating transformative/innovative big ideas and rallying teams across Alphabet to execute. In this role, you will manage some of the most complex and strategic partners in Mainland China. You will be creative, collaborative, constantly connecting the dots, future-aware, and comfortable in influencing without authority also curious in studying, grasping, and utilizing the latest technology, so as to best help partners long-term especially in their globalization journey. The market and competitive dynamics are changing fast, while you aim to establish win-win partnerships, you also proactively drive risk management to protect our user experiences and promote a healthy ecosystem. The role offers exposure to Google offerings and areas and the opportunity to work closely with Executive Sponsors that oversee the cross Google relationship.The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in partnerships, consulting, business development, working with C-level executives.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Experience in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications industry especially mobile, gaming and media and entertainment.
  • Ability to influence across different functions and levels in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to articulate digital technologies’ application to industries and society in the present and future.
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English, and ability to maintain working relationships with multiple teams and executive-level leaders internally and externally.
