This is a strategic, cross-functional role focused on empowering sales teams with the tools, training, and insights needed to drive consistent revenue performance and successful go-to-market execution. You will play a key role in enabling product launches, improving sales productivity, and strengthening alignment between sales, marketing, product, and revenue operations. The role combines program management, content development, and performance analytics to ensure sales teams are fully equipped to engage customers effectively. You will also contribute to shaping messaging, refining sales processes, and optimizing CRM and enablement platforms. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in data-driven environments and enjoys building scalable enablement systems. You will directly influence sales effectiveness and overall commercial success across the organization.

Accountabilities:

You will lead sales enablement initiatives that improve performance, align go-to-market execution, and ensure sales teams are fully equipped to succeed.

  • Develop and execute sales enablement programs in collaboration with sales leadership to support product launches and strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a centralized library of sales assets including training materials, pitch decks, product documentation, and competitive intelligence.
  • Design and deliver training programs and certification initiatives to strengthen product knowledge and sales execution.
  • Partner with marketing and revenue operations to ensure alignment on messaging, campaigns, and sales tools.
  • Define and track KPIs such as win rates, deal velocity, productivity, and overall sales performance.
  • Conduct performance reviews and analyze sales data to identify gaps, trends, and optimization opportunities.
  • Support CRM and sales enablement platform optimization to improve workflow efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Lead post-launch evaluations and incorporate sales feedback into future enablement strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional GTM initiatives, ensuring clear timelines, accountability, and execution alignment.
  • Gather and integrate customer and market insights to refine sales messaging and strategies.
  • Manage enablement budgets and resources to ensure high-impact, cost-effective program delivery.
  • Requirements:

    You bring strong experience in sales enablement or GTM program management, with a proven ability to improve sales performance through structured programs and data-driven insights.

    • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM strategy, revenue operations, or related roles.
    • Proven track record of building and scaling sales enablement programs with measurable business impact.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience using sales data to inform decisions and improve performance.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic).
    • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
    • Strong organizational and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Ability to translate complex product and market information into clear, actionable sales messaging.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
