This role is designed for a high-performing, licensed insurance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment focused on helping consumers protect their financial future. You will engage directly with highly qualified, warm leads generated through major financial institution partners, eliminating cold calling and prospecting. The position centers on delivering a fast, consultative, and customer-focused sales experience, guiding clients through life insurance options from top-rated carriers. You will manage the full sales cycle, from needs analysis to application submission, in a streamlined and technology-enabled environment. The role offers significant earning potential through a base salary plus performance-based bonuses. It is fully remote within the United States, with a strong emphasis on productivity, collaboration, and results.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound consumer inquiries, including warm transfers, call-ins, and application requests to support life insurance sales.
  • Conduct needs analysis and guide customers through selecting suitable life insurance policies from a range of carriers.
  • Use proprietary sales tools and carrier platforms to complete electronic applications efficiently and accurately.
  • Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure a smooth sales process and deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of life insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and carrier offerings to support consultative selling.
  • Collaborate with internal support teams, including case management, to ensure timely processing and policy issuance.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily application and sales targets in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
  • Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or GED required; additional education in business or finance is a plus.
    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in the life and/or health insurance industry, with direct sales experience strongly preferred.
    • Active or ability to obtain Life and Health insurance licensing as required.
    • Strong sales acumen with proven ability to close deals in a fast-paced inside sales environment.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly in phone-based customer interactions.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and work efficiently under pressure.
    • Comfortable working with CRM systems, basic Microsoft tools, and digital sales platforms.
    • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to handle high outbound activity levels.
