What you’ll do

  • Own and grow strategic client relationships with international advertisers and agencies in ROLA, specifically focused on our Video solutions portfolio.

  • Own and grow strategic relationships with international advertisers and agencies. You will act as a trusted advisor for C-level stakeholders, helping them navigate the evolving digital video and streaming landscape.

  • Drive revenue through new client acquisition, renewals, and identifying scaled upsell opportunities across the ROLA region by leveraging automation and AI tools to multiply pipeline capacity and scale operation efficiency. 

  • Translate technical video metrics into compelling business growth stories. You will create and deliver persuasive presentations that prove the value of video investments through a narrative-driven approach.

  • Deeply understand client business goals and translate them into impactful, data-driven video strategies.

  • Educate brands and agencies on the power of our video solutions as premium media channels. Represent the company at key industry events, positioning us as the go-to partner for video innovation.

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure flawless execution, from strategic planning and media buying to high-level reporting and actionable recommendations.

  • Maintain rigorous hygiene in CRM tools using tech solutions to streamline processes, and assist in internal forecasting and revenue recognition processes to ensure business predictability.

  • What you need for this role

  • Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

  • Education: BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and account management within

  • Digital advertising platforms.

  • Media agencies.

  • AdTech or Ad Networks.

  • Advanced efficiency skills: Strong track record of adopting and managing AI/productivity tools to automate routine tasks (research, briefs, follow ups) and successfully scale daily sales operations.

  • Deep understanding of video metrics (VTR, CPV, Viewability) and campaign optimization.

  • Excellent consultative communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

  • Highly organized and comfortable managing the complexity of multi market video executions in a fast paced environment.
