The Role

We are looking for a Business Development & Go-To-Market professional to support Orasio's expansion in France.

You will work directly with the sales and GTM team on high-impact initiatives related to Orasio's deployment in the French market, including business development, Go-To-Market operations, partnerships, customer deployment support, and the continuous improvement of commercial processes.

You will support the full commercial cycle: identifying and qualifying leads, following each opportunity through the entire process, and contributing to a wide range of tasks from prospecting preparation to product trial deployment and deal closing.

You partner with the Direct Sales Leads on every aspect of their work, from preparing prospecting activities to deploying our product trials and driving deals to close.

Key Responsibilities

Go-To-Market & Commercial Operations

  • Enrich the company's CRM.

  • Implement tools and processes to monitor commercial performance.

  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials.

 

Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

  • Identify and qualify strategic partners and system integrators.

  • Support the development and engagement of the Orasio ecosystem.

Project Deployment

  • Support pilot projects and customer deployments.

  • Coordinate actions between commercial, technical, and partner teams.

  • Contribute to the operational monitoring of ongoing projects.

Ideal Profile

  • Recently graduated from a leading business school, engineering school, or university.
  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence, defense, security, or sovereignty-related technologies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Rigorous, autonomous, and entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in both French and English.
