The Role
We’re looking for an Operations coordinator to own and strengthen Orasio's operational backbone.
As Orasio's first Operations hire, you'll be at the heart of how we deliver our product to clients and investigators. In particular, you will:

Ensure our software releases meet quality standards

Own the hardware lifecycle, having full visibility on client tests and deployments

Contribute directly to the investigations we support
As Orasio scales, you'll play a key role in strengthening these processes to support our growth.
Responsibilities
Quality Assurance

Run QA testing at each software release to catch regressions early

Test all hardware and software before customer delivery to ensure optimal performance

Document findings and suggest fixes in collaboration with the Tech and Product teams

Strengthen the QA framework as the product evolves
Hardware management

Own maintain & strengthen Orasio's hardware booking and inventory process end-to-end:

Own booking calendar, working closely with the Sales and Tech teams to ensure the right equipment is always available for client tests and deployments, anticipate & solve potential conflicts

Prepare devices before shipment (firmware up to date and data wiped) and manage their return and reintegration into inventory

Continuously improve the processes, tools, and reporting that keep hardware operations running smoothly as Orasio scales

Coordinate hardware setup and logistics for trade shows and industry events in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team
Investigation Support

Conduct research using Orasio's software as part of expert reports produced for ongoing investigations

Deliver rigorous investigation reports submitted to law enforcement as part of legal proceedings
Ideal Profile
-
2 years of experience, with background in operations or project management

Organized, hands-on, and comfortable switching between physical and analytical tasks

Rigorous and detail-oriented

Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders

Fluency in French and English
-
Bonus: Experience in Defense or Internal Security sectors
