This role is a high-impact strategic and operational leadership position focused on driving enterprise-wide alignment, execution, and organizational effectiveness across multiple regional teams. You will act as a key partner to senior leadership in shaping and operationalizing the firm’s enterprise strategy and operating model. The position sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and organizational design, ensuring that priorities are clearly defined, tracked, and executed across regions and functions. You will lead efforts to improve consistency, scalability, and performance measurement through structured frameworks, KPIs, and process optimization. This role also plays a critical part in cross-functional coordination, connecting regional teams with corporate functions to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives. Accountabilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to design, refine, and implement the enterprise strategy and operations (S&O) operating model, including governance structures, regional alignment, and role clarity.
  • Drive enterprise planning and execution frameworks, including KPI tracking, performance scorecards, and operational dashboards to measure organizational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across regions and corporate teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, workflows, and execution timelines.
  • Support leadership forums and strategic meetings by preparing agendas, materials, insights, and post-meeting follow-ups to ensure accountability and progress tracking.
  • Lead operational improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, workflow standardization, automation opportunities, and scalability of S&O functions.
  • Translate complex data and regional updates into executive-level insights, presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Support budgeting, headcount planning, and operational reporting in collaboration with Finance, BI, and regional leadership teams.
  • Drive execution of enterprise-wide initiatives including onboarding programs, mentorship structures, and cross-functional operating enhancements.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, operations, or related field preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, project management, organizational effectiveness, or business operations roles.
    • Strong background in managing cross-functional projects and driving organizational change initiatives.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking, operational reporting, and business performance measurement.
    • Advanced written communication and presentation development capabilities for executive-level audiences.
    • Experience with financial and operational planning processes, including budgeting or P&L analysis, strongly preferred.
    • Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Monday.com, HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar platforms is a plus.
