This role is a senior client-facing delivery leadership position responsible for managing end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation projects. You will act as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring successful execution of complex ERP deployments. The position requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business requirements into structured delivery plans. You will oversee scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation while ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams. This is a highly collaborative consulting environment where you will guide clients through all phases of the implementation lifecycle. The role also involves frequent engagement with senior executives and a strong focus on delivery excellence, communication, and issue resolution.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation projects, including planning, scope definition, timeline, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate needs into functional specifications and delivery-ready user scenarios.
  • Manage project execution across all phases of the SDLC, ensuring alignment from discovery through deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth handoff of requirements to technical delivery teams.
  • Oversee risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct regular client status meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps to manage project tracking and delivery activities.
  • Lead escalation management and ensure timely resolution of project challenges while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementation projects, ideally including Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or similar ERP/CRM platforms.
    • Strong knowledge of full software delivery lifecycle methodologies, including design, development, deployment, and operations phases.
    • Proven experience working in consulting environments and managing complex client engagements.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior business and executive leadership.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Ability to allocate resources effectively and monitor project performance across multiple workstreams.
    • Experience with tools such as Microsoft LCS and Azure DevOps is strongly preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree required; PMP certification and manufacturing/distribution industry experience are a plus.
