From the Aircall office in Madrid, you will be responsible for supporting Aircall's strategic direction for Iberia.

Partnership is one of the main strategic drivers for growth in the EMEA region. You will be supporting the growth and development of existing partnerships as well as acquiring New Partners. You will drive them through our Partner program, onboarding and enabling the partner to be successful. Your main goal will be to work hand-in-hand with our Partners to generate new business.

Your leadership & knowledge of the market will help drive the go-to-market strategy, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Outbound to ensure smooth execution and sustained growth in the region.

Responsibilities

As a Partnerships Intern, you will support the growth of partner engagement and the ongoing management of our technology alliances. The objective of this role is to help strengthen relationships within our strategic partner ecosystem (Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk, etc.) and contribute to partnership-driven growth opportunities.

You will assist with partner relationship management, identify potential business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful partnership initiatives. This internship offers exposure to strategic partnerships, business development, and stakeholder management while providing hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Partnership Management: Support the development and management of relationships with strategic partners, including software providers and channel partners (e.g., System Integrators, Solution Partners, Digital Consulting firms).
  • Partner Development: Assist in identifying new partnership opportunities and help develop strategies to expand Aircall’s presence in Iberia.
  • Work closely with the Strategic Partner Manager to support the development and execution of prospecting strategies and action plans.
  • Business Development: Support the follow-up of partner-generated leads and help progress pipeline opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, BDR, Customer Success, Product, and Tech to support growth initiatives in the market.
  • Assist in the organization of marketing events and follow up with attendees and prospects.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree degree in Business, Marketing (top-tiers or a related field.

  • Native Spanish and fluent  English is a must

  • Entrepreneurial mindset to establish and grow our presence in a new market, demonstrating autonomy, 

  • Self-starter motivated to go above and beyond the task at hand and succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

  • Naturally curious and passionate about learning and adapting to new markets, technologies, and sales strategies in Iberia

  • You have used and acquired a good understanding of CRM (Salesforce, Zendesk and Hubspot, etc).
