Territory Sales Representative
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Territory Sales Representative based in Canada.
This role is focused on driving growth and market penetration for automotive aftermarket parts across a defined territory. You will act as a key field representative, building strong relationships with dealerships, repair shops, distributors, and national accounts. The position blends strategic sales development with hands-on customer engagement, requiring frequent travel and face-to-face interactions. You will be responsible for expanding brand presence, increasing product adoption, and strengthening long-term customer loyalty. Working closely with dealership teams and independent repair networks, you will identify opportunities to improve inventory utilization and sales performance. This is a high-impact, field-based role for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-moving, relationship-driven environment.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to increase revenue, brand penetration, and customer loyalty across dealerships, repair shops, national accounts, and distributors.
- Conduct regular in-person visits, build relationships, and represent the brand to both new and existing customers to drive adoption and long-term partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and market research while maintaining a strong pipeline in CRM systems.
- Train and support dealership and shop staff on product features, benefits, and usage to maximize sales effectiveness and inventory turnover.
- Collaborate with internal teams and dealer partners to optimize pricing, promotions, and inventory alignment with business objectives.
- Provide ongoing field feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support product and commercial strategy improvements.
- 5+ years of experience in aftermarket automotive sales, dealership support, or related field sales roles
- Strong understanding of automotive parts distribution, dealership operations, or independent repair networks
- Proven track record of relationship development and territory growth
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
