We want a GTM Engineer who lives at the intersection of growth strategy and technical execution. This is not a management role and it is not an SDR seat. It is a builder role. You own the GTM stack end to end: the outbound motion that brings us new clients, the RevOps infrastructure underneath it, and the automations that make a small team punch far above its weight. You will report directly to the founder and have full ownership of your function from day one.
If you build GTM automations on weekends, have strong opinions on what makes Clay actually magical, and think most RevOps stacks run at 20% of their potential, keep reading.
Outbound and pipeline. Build and run multi-channel outbound (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calling) from scratch, targeting founders and hiring leaders. Own sequencing, personalization at scale, deliverability, and the numbers.
Drive demo numbers. India runs on calls and whatsapp. You would need to call prospects up as well in order to get them on a demo. You should not be afraid of talking to leads (both warm and cold)
RevOps. Set up and maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, attribution, and sales-velocity dashboards. Stitch call intelligence, enrichment, and product data into one coherent revenue engine.
Systems and automation. Build the internal tooling, integrations, and agents that kill manual GTM work. We are an AI-native company and we expect you to push the frontier of what an LLM-driven GTM stack can do, not just operate the tools we already have.
Analytics. Define the GTM metrics that matter and build the dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline and revenue. We already run our funnel analysis daily; you will make it sharper.
We keep the stack tight and avoid bloat. We expect you to have strong opinions on what to add, cut, or double down on.
