Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen the overall sales pipeline.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales organization by establishing clear objectives, coaching team members, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Identify strategic business opportunities, cultivate executive-level customer relationships, and oversee the development of customized sales proposals that align with client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Executive Leadership to align go-to-market initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and support long-term business objectives.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, customer meetings, and partner engagements to strengthen market presence and generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Optimize sales processes, pipeline management, and operational workflows by implementing best practices that improve efficiency, consistency, and conversion rates across the organization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate business performance, and implement data-driven improvements to maximize commercial success.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
    • Strong knowledge of security solutions and current technology industry trends.
    • Demonstrated success managing customer-facing teams, developing strategic sales initiatives, and building long-term client relationships.
    • Experience using CRM platforms, project management tools, and sales pipeline management systems.
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
    • Exceptional strategic thinking, business planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
    • Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams while inspiring, coaching, and developing high-performing professionals.
    • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to balance strategic leadership and operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 50%–80%) throughout the assigned region.
