Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen the overall sales pipeline.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales organization by establishing clear objectives, coaching team members, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Identify strategic business opportunities, cultivate executive-level customer relationships, and oversee the development of customized sales proposals that align with client needs.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Executive Leadership to align go-to-market initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and support long-term business objectives.
- Represent the organization at industry events, customer meetings, and partner engagements to strengthen market presence and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Optimize sales processes, pipeline management, and operational workflows by implementing best practices that improve efficiency, consistency, and conversion rates across the organization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate business performance, and implement data-driven improvements to maximize commercial success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of security solutions and current technology industry trends.
- Demonstrated success managing customer-facing teams, developing strategic sales initiatives, and building long-term client relationships.
- Experience using CRM platforms, project management tools, and sales pipeline management systems.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, business planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams while inspiring, coaching, and developing high-performing professionals.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to balance strategic leadership and operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 50%–80%) throughout the assigned region.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $115,000, plus commission opportunities.
